- Particularly feeling tired and not being able to sleep
- Making this list – but it’s not TOO bad

- People who yell at their kids in Wal-Mart or elsewhere

- Watching stressful movies – I still watch them though
- Looking at all the “stuff” that I have – sometimes
- People talking to me loudly and/or fast
- Being rushed by others
- Wishing that someone else would do something faster
- Watching someone being slow at something
- Figuring out and paying Income Taxes
- Running low on money in my Checking Account
- Having money stolen from me

100. Going to the doctor, sometimes
I can identify with a few things on your list.
Now that we have identified them we can conquer them.
I was so sad when I read through this list. Actually, I couldn’t read all of the items…I was overwhelmed with grief for the author. We all have stress in life. Trust me, I know. I have 5 children aged 7-18. I have learned to give it over to God when the stress of everyday life starts to over take me. If you’re a believer and trust what His word says, Stop Worrying
(Matthew 6:25-34, 19-21)
22Then Jesus[j] said to his disciples, “That’s why I’m telling you to stop worrying about your life—what you will eat—or about your body—what you will wear, 23because life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. 24Consider the crows.[k] They don’t plant or harvest, they don’t even have a storeroom or barn, yet God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds! 25Can any of you add an hour to the length of your life[l] by worrying? 26So if you can’t do a small thing like that, why worry about other things? 27Consider how the lilies grow. They don’t work or spin yarn, but I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them. 28Now if that’s the way God clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and thrown into an oven tomorrow, how much more will he clothe you—you who have little faith?
